Dr. Ashley Goode

Dr. Ashley Goode received her Ph.D. in 2015 from Florida Atlantic University, where she studied the Roatán Spiny-tailed Iguana for her dissertation project. Through that project and post-doctoral appointments, she has specialized in population modeling and structured decision-making, and has been able to study iguanas, wading birds, plant and insect interactions, and now Florida manatees. She is currently an associate research scientist with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission in the Fish and Wildlife Research Institute working on Florida manatee population analysis.
