The failure of the International Iguana Foundation to exercise or enforce any right or provision contained herein shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision. These terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Texas, United States of America, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Web site or these terms shall be filed only in the state or federal courts in Texas.
